holiday crunchy stuffing

1/2 cup butter

1 1/2 cups  coarsely chopped celery
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped carrots
1 (14 ounces) package stuffing
1 (14.5 ounces ) chicken broth
1 cup water
2 cups French's french fried onions



Butter should be melted in s large pot saute vegetables 5 minutes after you stir them in. the oil

Next, add stuffing, water and broth and it should be stirred until it is moist. 1 cup French fried onions should be gently stirred into the stuffing mixture. The stuffing mixture should be put in a 3 quart baking dish.

For 10 minutes cover and bake in oven. Uncover it and sprinkle the rest of the french fried onions on it. Bake until onions are golden which is about . 5minutes

This stuffing tastes great with both your turkey for Christmas and pork roast for New Years.give it a try before the actual holiday meal arrives to see if you love it!
