25 caramel candies
1 Tablespoons water
2 cups unsalted cashews
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped white baking chocolate
A baking sheet should be sprayed with nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray.
Caramels and water should be combined in double boiler. Then cook while stirring it until it becomes smooth.
The cashews should be stirred into the double boiler until they are coated very well. Then by teaspoonfuls , dropped onto prepared baking sheet.
Over low heat melt chocolate chips and baking chocolate stirring until smooth over low heat.. both chocolates should each be put in a different plastic food storage bags . Then after adding the chocolate, squeeze it to the corner of the bag. The corner of both plastic bags of chocolate should be drizzled over candies. Let stand until firm.
